A few answers for men considering a private bodywork experience.

Call for a consultation
Who is this space for?+

This practice is designed for men who want private, one-to-one bodywork and massage within a respectful wellness setting.

What can I talk about during a consultation?+

You can share what you have noticed in your body, the kind of support you are looking for, and any questions you have about the experience. You do not need to use medical language or arrive with a diagnosis.

Is this medical treatment?+

No. This practice provides supportive wellness bodywork and massage for men with concerns about their current or future well-being, including prostate health, blood flow, erectile dysfunction, libido, sexual performance, frequent nighttime urination, and tightness. These services are not medical diagnosis or treatment. Concerns about PSA levels can be discussed, but interpreting test results and evaluating symptoms or medical conditions belong with an appropriate licensed clinician.

What should I expect from a session?+

Expect a private, professional conversation followed by bodywork shaped around your comfort, boundaries, and stated goals.

Do I need to decide anything before I reach out?+

No. A first conversation is simply a chance to learn whether the setting and approach feel right for you.
